The Slamm Foundation, in collaboration with ISC2, has graduated its fourth cohort of the Young Women in Tech (YWIT) program, empowering 22 women with intensive cybersecurity and digital skills training.
This cohort saw a significant expansion in the program's structure, with the foundation doubling the length of the bootcamp to ensure participants received a deeper, more comprehensive understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
Expanding the Cyber Talent Pipeline
The program, which has become a flagship initiative for closing the digital gender gap, provided hands-on training in: - Network Security - Ethical Hacking - Cloud Security - Incident Response
Participants also received free ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) exam vouchers, further lowering the barrier to entry for professional certification.
